One of Vinte’s stakeholders are its clients, who are mainly natural persons and a non-representative portion are moral persons. Vinte’s clients, for the most part, require mortgage fiancing, through institutions that traditionally grant mortgage loans such as INFONAVIT, SHF, FOVISSSTE, BANCA and SOFOMES.
The trend of the formal housing market raises a market segmentation traditionally based on price, customer’s purchasing power and availability of specifi mortgages. These three factors defie the type of buyer of a housing product.
In this sense, Vinte’s clients profie is described in the following diagram, considering their income range, as well as fial price and characteristics of the acquired home.
Vinte’s revenue stream has no dependency with one or more Clients. Likewise, no sale to any Client of Vinte and its Subsidiaries accounts for 10% or more of the Company’s consolidated revenue
As of December 31, 2017, Vinte has a land bank of approximately 457 hectares with an average operational duration of four years per market, suffiient for the development of approximately 32 thousand Affordable Entry-Level, Middle-Income and Residential homes
